Lightweight Heterogeneous Dual Arm with VLA/World Model: Home Service Embodied Robot Landing Practice

Li Yuanqing, co-CTO of Lexiang Technology and GM of Qiongming Intelligent, will deliver a talk titled 'Lightweight Heterogeneous Dual Arm × VLA/World Model: Home Service Embodied Robot Landing Practice' at AICon Shenzhen. The talk will use Lexiang's Xiaoen robot as a carrier, presenting a full-stack solution including lightweight heterogeneous dual-arm hardware, an on-device VLA vision-language-action model, and a dual-memory system for environment mapping and privacy-preserving text memory. The solution addresses common issues in home embodied intelligence such as heavy hardware, poor fine manipulation, weak environment generalization, broken long-horizon task execution, and privacy concerns. The talk will cover the full-chain engineering system of data collection, model training, and on-device deployment, as well as the data flywheel for home-specific automated annotation. Li will also share real-world data from a 300+ household pilot with 32,000 hours of operation, including task success rates, privacy metrics, and user experience feedback.
