Google Admits AI Algorithms Often Reject Worthy Resumes: Candidates Will Be Selected by Real People

Google has acknowledged that AI hiring systems can mistakenly reject resumes or deliver them too late. Google DeepMind's AI safety team has created a separate form for candidates to submit resumes directly to human recruiters, bypassing AI. Despite this, Google still offers corporate clients AI tools for HR tasks such as resume screening.
