KORUS Corporate University conducted a six-week course on vibe coding, with 30 employees of varying experience levels participating, including those who had no prior exposure to development. The training included a masterclass on product concept formation, hands-on sessions on working with databases, configuring agents and deployment, as well as expert support. As a result, participants created functional products. Vitaly Mitrofanov, a presales analyst, developed a tender radar for searching and analyzing open tenders with relevance ranking. Vladimir Gordeev, a department head, created a best practices system for preserving and disseminating working methods within the company. Evgenia Miklush, head of HR analytics, built an analytical platform from scratch for collecting and analyzing labor market data. The course was inspired by the demand for accessible training on AI tools and is conducted as part of the company's strategic initiative to integrate AI into business. The program motivates employees to become AI drivers and create centers of expertise within the company.
