Gref: AI Makes 100% of Decisions on Individuals at Sber

The head of Sberbank, German Gref, spoke at the Federation Council and reported that currently 100% of decisions regarding individuals at the bank are made by artificial intelligence. According to him, this applies to both credit and non-financial decisions. Gref noted that the implementation of AI allows for significantly faster processes and improved customer service quality. He also emphasized that Sberbank continues to actively develop artificial intelligence technologies and plans to expand their application to other areas of activity.
