Ant Group Unveils 'Commercial Agent Super Factory' to Build China's Industry-Standard Harness

At the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) in Shanghai, Ant Digital Technologies, a subsidiary of Ant Group, launched the 'Commercial Agent Super Factory' — a platform called Agentar2.0 that provides nearly 200 pre-built role-based digital expert templates and hundreds of ready-to-use agent skills. Sun Lei, Vice President of Ant Digital Technologies, explained in an interview that the initiative addresses three key shifts in AI: from general Q&A to task-solving agents, from generic models to vertical industry applications, and from individual efficiency to organizational collaboration. The platform integrates Ant Group's own vertical large language models (LLMs) and 20-plus years of engineering experience to offer standardized products for both large and small enterprises. Key differentiators include industry-specific LLMs, scenario-based engineering, and an ecosystem approach. For finance, the company emphasizes safety, compliance, professionalism (achieving 90-95% accuracy in professional scenarios), and effect verification through 'value delivery, effect payment' model. Beyond finance, Ant targets healthcare, energy, transportation, and aviation, adapting its 'four-shop' engineering logic — intent recognition, planning, execution, and expression — to each sector. The company plans to further enrich its vertical LLM and agent matrix, open up its industry-specific Harness capabilities, and continuously refine its evaluation system to verify AI value delivery.
