LocoTech Enhances Executive Discipline Culture with AI
LocoTech has implemented an AI-based system to analyze production video conferences (VKS), aiming to provide managers with verified data on management processes and automatically generate meeting protocols. The system uses ASR and LLM technologies on an internal corporate AI infrastructure, scoring meetings from 0 to 100. It has been deployed across all branches after piloting in the West Siberian branch in Q2 2026.
LocoTech has deployed a technical solution based on artificial intelligence for automated analysis of production online meetings (VKS). The main goal is to provide local managers with verified data on management processes, such as meeting regularity and productivity, and timely task completion. The system, built on the company's own development within the secure corporate AI infrastructure of TMH JSC, includes speech recognition (ASR) and large language models (LLM). It calculates an integral efficiency score on a 0-100 scale based on parameters like report structure, task clarity, and time usage. The online dashboard visualizes metrics with decomposition from branch to employee, includes a calendar with meeting classifications, and allows access to protocols. The system was piloted in the West Siberian branch in Q2 2026 and is now connected across all branches, also serving as a tool in a project improving internal efficiency at 10 service locomotive depots. According to LocoTech's Nikolai Kravchuk, the system aims to transform meeting culture from formal reporting to real management. User feedback has been positive, and the average AI-assessed efficiency score has risen. Future plans include analyzing in-person meetings and integrating with production systems.
