AI Begins 24/7 Control of Food Production Safety for Moscow Hospitals

The company 'IT Imperial' has implemented a machine vision-based video analytics system at a facility producing ready-made meals for Moscow's state medical institutions. The system analyzes compliance with sanitary norms and technological regulations in real time, automatically recording violations and notifying responsible specialists.
AI T Imperial has announced the completion of the first phase of deploying an intelligent video analytics system based on machine vision technologies at one of the largest enterprises producing ready-to-eat meals for state medical institutions in Moscow. The solution provides round-the-clock automated monitoring of compliance with sanitary requirements and technological regulations at all stages of production. The platform uses computer vision and artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze employee actions in real time, assessing the sequence of operations and comparing them with established regulations. The system monitors over ten critical processes, including the use of personal protective equipment, hand sanitization, passing through sanitary checkpoints, separation of raw and finished product flows, and execution of technological operations. When deviations are detected, the AI automatically records the event, saves the video clip, and sends a notification to responsible specialists. The platform's architecture allows for expanding the number of monitored scenarios without large-scale infrastructure upgrades. The developers note that creating the solution involved studying international experience, including projects in China, with adaptation to Russian sanitary standards.
