Russian Scientists Edge Closer to Creating a 'Brain' for AI
Researchers from the Russian state nuclear corporation Rosatom have made progress in developing a neuromorphic processor that mimics the human brain. The new chip is based on memristors, which can simultaneously store and process information, potentially boosting AI energy efficiency by over 1000 times.
