You Did Not Get the AI Model You Paid For
When calling an API, the model may be replaced with another one, served in reduced precision (quantized), or silently updated. This creates legal risks: breach of warranty, difficulties in proof in court, and potential consumer deception. A solution could be cryptographically certified identity of the model in each response.
