SilverStone Launches Huge ALTA T2 Case for Multi-GPU Workstations

SilverStone has released the massive ALTA T2 case, designed for powerful AI workstations with multiple graphics accelerators. The case supports various motherboard formats, up to eleven expansion slots, and impressive cooling options including three 420-mm radiators.
SilverStone has launched the huge computer case ALTA T2, which was first shown as a prototype at Computex 2026 in June. The case is in the Super Tower format and is intended for building powerful workstations with multiple GPUs for AI tasks. It is constructed from steel and aluminum with a thickness of 3 to 8 mm, and its dimensions are 260 × 732 × 660 mm with an internal volume of 125.6 liters. The case supports a wide range of motherboard formats including XL-ATX, SSI-EEB, SSI-CEB, E-ATX, ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX, and offers eleven expansion slots. It can accommodate graphics cards up to 411 mm in length and includes several built-in supports for heavy cards. The cooling capabilities are extensive, featuring a vertical airflow design that allows mounting up to three 420-mm radiators for liquid cooling and two large 180-mm intake fans, along with additional fan mounting points. The package includes a bracket for mounting a distribution plate for custom liquid cooling systems. The ALTA T2 supports CPU coolers up to 174 mm in height, has three 5.25-inch drive bays, twelve 3.5/2.5-inch drive positions, and three dedicated 2.5-inch bays. It can house two power supplies: ATX or 2U CRPS as the primary and standard ATX as secondary, with a supported PSU length of 260 mm, but this limit is removed if the lower 3.5-inch drive cage is removed. The front panel includes two USB Type-C ports, two USB 3.0 ports, and a combo 3.5-mm audio jack. The price has not been announced.
