Writer launches Palmyra X6 model and harness upgrades to cut token costs

Writer, an AI tools company for marketers, launched a new flagship model called Palmyra X6, built as a post-training variation on Z.ai's open source model GLM-5.2. The company estimates the new model combined with harness changes will cut costs for customers by up to 50% for basic tasks. The upgrades are available to Writer clients starting Thursday.
