CopilotKit has released the Channels SDK, an MIT-licensed open-source library that lets developers run any AG-UI-compatible agent inside messaging platforms like Slack and Microsoft Teams. The SDK handles platform-specific UI rendering (Block Kit, Adaptive Cards) while preserving your existing agent, model, and tools. It includes a runtime contract, support for human-in-the-loop approvals, and is available on npm as @copilotkit/channels 0.5.0.
