Google says it fixed more Chrome bugs in June than over the past two years, thanks to AI
Google has fixed 1,072 security bugs in Chrome versions released in June 2024, more than the 1,036 bugs patched in the previous 23 versions over two years. The company attributes this to its AI tools, including Gemini models, transforming vulnerability discovery into an automated, industrial-scale operation.
