Kontur.Fokus introduces AI analysis of contracts
Kontur.Fokus has introduced an AI-based contract analysis feature that allows specialists to review contracts in as little as 10 minutes. The service automatically identifies risks with high, medium, and low severity categories and highlights risky text fragments.
Kontur.Fokus has launched a new feature for quick and secure contract verification with counterparties. The developers presented a universal model for identifying risks, aiming to reduce the time specialists spend studying contracts. According to Kontur representatives, preliminary research showed that employees spend almost 40% of their working time on reviewing contracts from counterparties. The new feature provides a full cycle of work with counterparties, from search and reliability check to contract analysis. Users can upload a contract in DOCX or PDF format directly into the Kontur.Fokus service, click 'Check new document', and fill in the parameters. After a five-minute check, the system displays identified risks categorized as high, medium, or low, and highlights text fragments containing risky conditions. Each risk can be expanded to study potential consequences and receive practical recommendations for mitigation. Anton Lomovsky, head of the Kontur.Fokus project, noted that this AI feature closes the intermediate stage of B2B interaction, covering contract formation, risk verification, and deal terms approval, which is a logical extension of the service.
