INFOSTART CIO CAMP 2026 to Discuss AI Economics Tomorrow

The INFOSTART CIO CAMP 2026 conference for IT directors and digital transformation leaders starts on August 14 in St. Petersburg. This year's program is dedicated to the economic effect of AI adoption and how to measure it in practice, beyond presentations and pilots, in terms of productivity, labor costs, process speed, quality, and project economics. The business day features eight talks and a closing roundtable. Infostart CEO Dorzhi Tsydenov will open with a talk on AI-native Company, focusing on the shift from isolated AI tools to a model where agents are part of workflows in sales, support, projects, HR, and finance. ScrumTrek Managing Partner Anton Okunev will discuss how AI changes project and product management, including hypothesis testing, requirements, needs analysis, and MVP creation. Dmitry Manin from Alfa Capital will present corporate AI experience, citing a case where preparing an investment consultant's proposal was cut from 1.5 hours to 30 minutes. Infostart's Development Director Alexey Lustin will show how AI agents can be united by shared memory and use results as data for subsequent steps, helping prepare counterparty dossiers and analyze deals. Sergey Semikov, Head of Infostart's AI group, will analyze the AI development pipeline from backlog to code review, highlighting where automation works and where human control is needed. Gleb Arkhangelsky, CEO of Timely, will discuss Notetaker AI in closed corporate environments with high information security requirements. Olga Grodska from ProjectPromBezopasnosti will present an AI assistant case for engineers, cutting project timelines from seven to three months, while dissecting how much of the effect came from AI versus process changes. Arsalan Sambuev will address broader questions of AI's impact on employee and organizational competencies and whether speed always equals efficiency. The program includes not only successes but also failed hypotheses, technology limitations, data issues, and cases where implementation costs outweighed benefits. Talks will not be recorded, fostering open discussion within the professional community.
