Estun announced that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Nanjing Estun Robot Engineering Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Dingtong Electromechanical Automation Co., Ltd., plan to acquire equity of Nanjing Estun Coopero Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as 'Estun Coopero') in cash, with a total transaction amount of 487 million yuan.
