Building Specialized Agentic Workflows for Business with Amazon Quick and NVIDIA NeMo Agent Toolkit

AWS and NVIDIA have combined the capabilities of Amazon Quick and NVIDIA NeMo Agent Toolkit to create agentic workflows in supply chains. The solution enables a shift from dashboards to risk mitigation recommendations using MCP integration.
Amazon Quick, a business interface for working with data and knowledge, is integrated with the NVIDIA NeMo Agent Toolkit, an open-source library for building and evaluating agentic workflows. In a supply chain example, an analyst can diagnose a problem (e.g., a supplier delay) through an Amazon Quick chat agent and launch a backend pipeline that invokes tools for checking orders, inventory, contracts, and logistics, then returns a ranked mitigation plan. The backend workflow runs in an Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime container, and invocation occurs via the Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Gateway using the MCP protocol. The NeMo Agent Toolkit provides telemetry, latency measurements, and metrics for evaluating and improving workflows. The solution is deployed through AWS CloudFormation and includes a sample dataset and instructions for setting up a dashboard in Amazon QuickSight.
