Ant Technologies and Yandex Robotics Announce Partnership in Warehouse Robotics

Ant Technologies, a Russian developer of IT solutions for warehouse and yard logistics management, and Yandex Robotics, a provider of comprehensive robotics products, have announced a partnership. They will jointly develop integration solutions combining Ant Technologies' software with the Yandex Robotics Platform. The partnership includes integration of Yandex Robotics' solutions with Ant Technologies' products: WMS ant LVision and YMS ant Time Slot Management. A key focus will be ensuring compatibility at the API and end-to-end business process level. Yandex Robotics offers its ready-made boxed robotics product 'Kubik' for order picking automation, provided via subscription, including AMR robots, the Yandex Robotics Platform software, and associated equipment. The Yandex Robotics Platform integrates with a warehouse WMS, receiving order fulfillment tasks and converting them into specific tasks for each robot: movement routes, time at picking stations, and operation sequences. The partnership allows Ant Technologies' clients to implement robotics without large-scale restructuring of existing management systems. Benefits include unified control of warehouse and robots, increased accuracy and speed, and a flexible deployment model. Roman Bogatyrev from Yandex Robotics noted that cooperation opens new opportunities for scaling robotization, while Alexander Usov, CEO of Ant Technologies, highlighted the potential of joint projects. The companies plan collaborative pilot projects for integrating robotics solutions at Ant Technologies' clients' warehouses, as well as developing technical documentation and interaction standards.
