Avernet does not bind to a single model or agent engine, allowing developers to flexibly integrate existing capabilities. Security governance is a priority, with the community version partially opening identity authentication, access authorization, permission control, lifecycle management, and some security protection features. Upcoming versions will add audit trails, observability, evaluation, memory, and container cluster management. As of July 31, 2026, Avernet has been applied to 12 core business sectors within Ant, with agent task completion rates consistently above 90%. The project is licensed under Apache 2.0.
