04-born serial entrepreneurs and Huawei 'genius youth' take stage: DGP Gravity Plan gathers the strongest wave of robotics startups, over 40 capital firms 'light up' the scene

On August 7, the first closed-door roadshow of DGP Gravity Plan, an incubation project by Diji Robotics, was held in Shanghai, attracting over 40 investment institutions focused on AI hardware and robotics. Ten robotics startup teams showcased their projects, with Oula Wanxiang, Xunling Technology, and Tiaoyue Technology winning top three awards. The event highlighted Diji Robotics' open ecosystem for nurturing robotics startups.
The first closed-door roadshow of DGP Gravity Plan, an incubation project by Diji Robotics, took place on August 7 at the Shanghai Innovation and Creativity Research Institute, co-hosted by D.Transformer incubator with Xiaohongshu as the chief content partner. Over 40 investment institutions including Hillhouse Ventures, Shunwei Capital, BAI, and Jiuhe Ventures attended, with a review panel of investors from Linear Capital, Didi Investment, and Jinqiu Fund. Ten selected teams from DGP's ecosystem of 200+ member companies showcased projects spanning personal smart mobility, AI-powered golf training, exoskeletons for hiking, AI chips in cultural accessories, low-cost open-source humanoid robots, embodied AI for homes, AI emotional companionship, AI smart sound systems, self-evolving embodied AI models, and jumping robots. Awards went to Oula Wanxiang (Pioneer Gravity Award), Xunling Technology (Gravity Exploration Award), and Tiaoyue Technology (Gravity New Star Award). The founders, averaging under 30 years old, include a 2004-born serial entrepreneur, a Pre-A round young founder, a Huawei 'genius youth', and research teams from top labs. Some projects have already reached product launch, funding, or overseas crowdfunding stages, such as Luobo Party's open-source humanoid robot platform, Langji Intelligent's two-year R&D and Pre-A funding, and Xunling's BirdieSense golf AI hardware using Diji's RDK X5 Module. DGP has so far empowered over 500 robotics startups and incubated more than 100 innovative products, with Diji Robotics connecting over 100,000 developers globally and accumulating over 5,000 open-source projects.
