Infoblox acquires Kentik to strengthen network observability

Infoblox, a specialist in DNS, DHCP, and IP address management, is acquiring Kentik, a network observability platform. The deal combines Infoblox's DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) services with Kentik's real-time traffic visibility and AI-powered analytics. Both companies say customer demand for integrated platforms drove the acquisition.
