Moonshot AI releases open-weight Kimi K3 with 2.8 trillion parameters

Moonshot AI has released the weights for Kimi K3, a 2.8 trillion parameter model, under a non-open-source license that requires a separate agreement for large Model-as-a-Service businesses. The 1.56TB weights are available on Hugging Face. OpenRouter offers K3 from seven providers at prices matching Moonshot AI's own.
