Yandex B2B Tech has announced a universal AI agent for business, designed to automate 30–50% of daily office tasks, including document work, report generation, and information processing. The service targets managers, accountants, analysts, marketers, and procurement specialists. It can summarize meetings, compare supplier proposals, fill contracts, and handle repetitive tasks like support ticket reports. The agent will have access to corporate systems (CRM, email, internal databases) with configurable access rights and require confirmation for critical actions. Users can create custom workflows without coding by describing tasks in natural language, and pre-built skill templates for finance and HR will be available. The launch is planned by the end of September 2026.
