Week of Ctrl+C - Ctrl+V: How AI in 'Exon' Deciphers the Code

Exon has introduced an AI-powered feature that automatically extracts and fills in the 'Name' and 'Code' fields from uploaded working documentation (RD) files in section 3 of the construction log (OZHR). Previously, engineers had to manually open each PDF file, locate the stamp, and copy the two fields, which could take 3-4 minutes per entry and was prone to errors. For example, on a project for a children's educational institution in Belgorod, 1174 entries were made, requiring 59 hours of manual copying. Now, upon attaching a file, the system recognizes the document and fills in the fields within seconds, allowing engineers to simply verify and save. Maria Larkina, head of basic modules at Exon, stated that the AI identifies stamps with human accuracy but absolute reliability, freeing employees to focus on analysis and expert conclusions.
