US accuses Chinese Moonshot AI of stealing Anthropic model and obtaining restricted Nvidia chips

According to US authorities, Chinese company Moonshot AI, the creator of the language model Kimi, has been accused of stealing technology from American startup Anthropic. Additionally, it is claimed that Moonshot AI gained access to Nvidia chips, the export of which to China is restricted. Details of the incident have not yet been disclosed.
