Hyra leverages a recursive self-improvement mechanism, where it iteratively refines its own reasoning and experiment design based on previous outcomes. The agent integrates a large language model backbone with domain-specific modules for hypothesis generation, simulation, and data analysis. In benchmarks, Hyra demonstrated superior performance on tasks like molecular property prediction and reaction optimization compared to existing baselines.
