The index scored 38 out of 100 in H1 2026, showing that despite widespread AI interest, organizational and technological readiness lags behind deployment expectations. 31% of organizations only plan their first AI projects, 48% have launched no more than two initiatives, 79% face a shortage of specialists, and 91% need their own GPU clusters. Over 60% prioritize local models, own infrastructure, or Russian cloud platforms. Orion soft proposes combining Nova AI for deployment and StarGuard AI for security to create a unified corporate AI environment.
