On July 27, Nvidia, Microsoft, Adobe, IBM and many other companies announced the formation of an open AI safety alliance. The alliance aims to develop and distribute open tools for responsible use of AI, with dozens of organizations including SAP, Dell, Cisco and Hugging Face joining.

The alliance aims to collaboratively develop and distribute open tools that will promote the responsible and safe use of artificial intelligence.
