Mistral AI has released Workflows in public preview, an orchestration layer for enterprise AI that provides durability, observability, and fault tolerance. It allows organizations to automate critical processes and run them in production reliably, with customers like ASML, ABANCA, and CMA-CGM already using it.
Mistral AI today announced the public preview of Workflows, its orchestration layer for enterprise AI. Workflows addresses common production issues such as silent failures, network timeouts, and lack of auditability by providing durable execution, observability, and human-in-the-loop capabilities. It is part of Mistral's Studio platform, allowing developers to write workflows in Python and publish them to Le Chat for business team access. The system is built on Temporal's durable execution engine and supports deployment flexibility with a control plane on Mistral and workers in the customer's environment. Mistral SDK v3.0 is now publicly available. Examples include cargo release automation, document compliance checking, and customer support triage.
