The update, powered by the Muse Spark 1.1 model, enables the assistant to access the user's calendar, generate daily summaries, schedule events, search for restaurants, and browse Facebook Marketplace for items like furniture within a budget. Users can also set up recurring tasks for automatic updates. Additionally, the AI's research capabilities have been enhanced, allowing it to compile information into reports, presentations, and plans, with interactive adjustments similar to ChatGPT. The update is rolling out on the Meta AI app and web version in select regions, soon expanding to more countries and platforms including WhatsApp.
