Doubao and Roewe Unveil World's First Car with AI-Native Design

ByteDance (with its Doubao model) and Chinese automaker Roewe have unveiled the world's first AI-native vehicle — the Roewe D7. The car is equipped with an integrated AI assistant powered by Doubao (a model from ByteDance), allowing voice control of vehicle functions including navigation, multimedia, and climate control. The system uses ByteDance's proprietary neural network for real-time request processing. Sales are scheduled to begin in the second half of 2025.
