MTS Web Services Proposed Partnership with China to Build Data Centers in Siberia and the Far East

The head of MTS Web Services, Pavel Voronin, stated the possibility of partnership between Russia and China in the field of AI, including scaling the AI data center network in Siberia and the Far East. Russia could oversee training on Russian-language data, while China could provide the model architecture, computing resources, and equipment.
