Residents of Dowagiac, Michigan, have filed a lawsuit against AI data center operator Alliance Cloud Services, a subsidiary of Hyperscale Data, over incessant humming noise that has persisted for about two years. The company offered to buy their homes, but residents refused, and authorities have already fined the operator for exceeding noise limits.
