AI computing demand boosts MLCC market; high prosperity expected to continue in H2

Driven by AI computing demand, MLCC (multi-layer ceramic capacitors) supply tightens and prices rise, with many listed companies expecting significant H1 performance growth, some over 600%. In H2, high-end and automotive MLCC prices are forecast to keep rising due to strong AI server demand, locked production capacity, and high raw material costs.

Zhongji InnoLight: NPO products expected to be gradually introduced by 2027

Zhongji InnoLight stated in a conference call on July 28 that two key customers are expected to start bulk procurement of NPO products from the second half of 2027, with larger volumes expected in 2028. Multiple CSPs, large model companies, and Neocloud customers are interested in NPO products, which are expected to become mainstream in scale-up scenarios.
