SK hynix revenue triples to $55 billion in Q2 but misses estimates

SK hynix reported Q2 revenue of $54.55 billion, up 257% year-on-year, and operating profit of $41.6 billion, up 557%, but both fell short of analyst expectations. The company attributed the miss to aggressive pricing by competitor Samsung Electronics.
