Analysts from the TenderPro e-trading platform studied changes in the number of tenders for business AI assistant development over the past year. They found that the number of commercial tenders increased by 32.5%. The most frequent customers are financial organizations (24.9% of all tenders), retailers (20.2%), real estate companies (14.4%), catering businesses (11.4%), and telecom companies (10.1%). On average, four companies compete per tender, and the average cost of creating an assistant is about 1 million rubles. The leading regions by number of initiatives are Moscow and Moscow Region (28.6%), Saint Petersburg (15.6%), Altai Krai (6.7%), Samara Region (5.6%), Chuvash Republic (3.7%), Rostov Region (3.7%), Krasnodar Krai (3.1%), Nizhny Novgorod Region (2.5%), Republic of Bashkortostan (2%), and Chelyabinsk Region (1.8%). According to Olga Gorchitsyna, Director of Digital Product Development at TenderPro, demand for AI assistant development has been growing for the second consecutive year, with increasing interest from regional companies.
