The Pollen Robotics team has introduced Grabette—an open, low-cost system for recording manipulation demonstrations that does not require a robot. The device is a handheld gripper with cameras, enabling the collection of training-ready datasets in LeRobot format. The project aims to build a large publicly available manipulation database.
